This Advanced Fire Fighting course covers the mandatory competences and the required knowledge, understanding and proficiencies prescribed in Section A-VI/3, Table A-VI/3 of the STCW Code.
Entry to the course is open to all trainees who have completed the Basic Training. They must be medically fit to enable them to participate in all aspects of the training particularly the practical exercises.

This Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) Radio Operators course covers the mandatory competences and the required knowledge, understanding and proficiencies prescribed in Section A-IV/2, Table A-IV/2 of the STCW Code as well as the technical and professional knowledge and qualifications in Table 47-1, Article 47 of ITU Radio Regulations; and in parallel to Chapter IV (Radiocommunications) of SOLAS Convention.
This course is intended for seafarers who will be in charge of or will be performing radio duties on a ship required to participate in the GMDSS. They must be medically fit to enable them to participate in all aspects of the training particularly the practical exercises.

This Medical First Aid (MEFA) course covers the mandatory competences and the required knowledge, understanding and proficiencies prescribed in Section A-VI/4, Table A-VI/4-1 of STCW Code.
Entry to the course is open to all trainees who have completed the Basic Training (BT). They must be physically and mentally fit to enable them to participate in all aspects of the training particularly the practical exercises.

This Passenger Ship Crowd Management Training course covers the mandatory competences and the required knowledge, understanding and proficiencies prescribed in Section A-V/2 paragraph 3, Table A-V/2-1 of the STCW Code.

This Basic Training – Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities (BT-PSSR) forms part of the Basic Training course required under Regulation VI/1 in relation to Section A-VI/1 of the STCW Convention, 1978 as amended.
This course component is open to all trainees who are medically fit to fully engage in all aspects of the training, particularly the practical exercises.

This Refresher Course on Advanced Fire Fighting aims to meet the requirement in paragraph 5 of Section A-VI/3 of the STCW Code which states that “seafarers qualified in accordance with paragraph 4 in advanced fire- fighting shall be required, every five years, to provide evidence of having maintained the required standard of competence to undertake the tasks, duties and responsibilities listed in column 1 of Table A-VI/3.”
"Seafarers who shall undergo the Refresher Course on Advanced Fire Fighting must be a holder of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in AFF and have proof of approved seagoing service, performing functions appropriate to the certificate held, for a period of at least twelve (12) months in total during the preceding five (5) years or three (3) months in total during the preceding six (6) months immediately prior to revalidating. They must be medically fit to enable them to participate in all aspects of the training particularly the practical exercises."

This Refresher Course on Advanced Training for Services on Ships Subject to IGF Code is designed for seafarers holding Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) who, under Regulation V/3, paragraph 12 of the STCW Convention, 1978, as amended, are required to undertake refresher training to provide evidence of having maintained the required standards of competence at intervals not exceeding five (5) years from the date of COP issuance.

This Refresher Course on Basic Training (RCBT) aims to meet the requirement in paragraph 3 of Section A-VI/1 of the STCW Code which states that “seafarers qualified in accordance with paragraph 2 in basic training shall be required, every five years, to provide evidence of having maintained the required standard of competence to undertake the tasks, duties and responsibilities listed in column 1 of Table A-VI/1-1 and A-VI/1-2.”
Seafarers who shall undergo the Refresher Course on Basic Training must be a holder of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Basic Training and have proof of approved seagoing service for a period of at least twelve (12) months in total during the preceding five (5) years, or three (3) months in total during the preceding six (6) months immediately prior to revalidating.

This Refresher Course on Survival Craft and Rescue Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats (RCSRCB) aims to meet the requirement in paragraph 5 of Section A-VI/2 which states that “seafarers qualified in accordance with paragraph 4 in survival craft and rescue boats other than fast rescue boats shall be required, every five years, to provide evidence of having maintained the required standard of competence to undertake the tasks, duties and responsibilities listed in column 1 of Table A-VI/2- 1.”
This course component is open to all trainees who are medically fit to fully engage in all aspects of the training, particularly the practical exercises. Seafarers who shall undergo the Refresher Course for Survival Craft and Rescue Boats Other than Fast Rescue Boats (SCRB) must be a holder of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in SCRB and has proof of approved seagoing service for a period of at least twelve (12) months in total during the preceding five (5) years, or three (3) months in total during the preceding six (6) months immediately prior to revalidating.
