Currently, there is no direct option to upload a photo in the NETI Online Enrollment System. You may send your picture together with your requirements to registrar@neti.com.ph. If you have onsite training, you may also have your photo taken at the training center.

The cut-off for enrollment is every Tuesday. Courses scheduled for the following week must be enrolled on or before Tuesday of the prior week.

Enrollment approval depends on the course type: for NMC or NMCR courses, your Technical Officer approves the enrollment. For other (non-NMC/NMCR) courses, the NETI Registrar handles the approval. 😊

Payment & Billing

Payment verification usually takes one working day.

To apply for a refund, please accomplish the Application for Refund form using this link: https://form.jotform.com/260067960594465. Please note that refund requests are subject to approval. Please also take note of the cancellation fees before filing your request. 7 days or more before the training date — no cancellation fee. 6 to 4 days before the training — 25% of the total course fee. 3 to 2 days before the training — 50% of the total course fee. 1 day before the training or no show — full course fee must be paid. No cancellation fee will be collected if the course is cancelled due to force majeure. For assistance, you may contact NETI directly.

You can make payments using the following methods:

Accepted payment methods include GCash to bank transfer and bank-to-bank transfer.

Schedule Changes

Yes, no-show trainees are required to pay the full course fee.

No, course changes are not allowed after enrollment.

Yes, you may change your schedule as long as the Drop button is still visible on your enrolled course in your NetiAccess account. Simply drop the course and re-enroll on your preferred schedule, subject to slot availability. If the Drop button is no longer available, please contact NETI for assistance.

No, enrollment is non-transferable.

Log in to your NETI OES account at https://netiaccess.com/, go to your Dashboard, find the course under "My Enrolled Courses", and click the "Delete Request" button next to it. This must be done at least seven (7) working days before the start of your training. If you cannot cancel online due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the Registrar at (02) 8-908-4900 or (02) 8-554-3888.

Training Day

We have a 'No admission slip - no boarding of the bus' policy. For those who will go directly to NETI, you are also required to present a digital copy of your admission slip at the main gate.

Yes, training materials are provided and accessible during training.

Debriefing for disembarking crew is handled by NYK-FIL Shipmanagement, Inc., not by NETI. NETI does not provide access or links for online debriefing. Please coordinate directly with NYK-FIL Shipmanagement, Inc. or your Technical Officer for updates and access details regarding your debriefing schedule.

Please observe the proper dress code: polo shirt, dark slacks, and black leather shoes. Wearing maong pants and rubber shoes is strictly prohibited.

Discipline, good manners, and right conduct should be observed at all times. Littering, loitering, sleeping during class, smoking outside of the designated area, and displaying a lack of self-control due to the influence of alcohol are grounds for termination of training.

The bus to the NETI Training Center in Canlubang departs from Intramuros daily. Monday to Friday, the bus departs at 6:00 AM. For PSSR trainees every Monday, the bus departs at 5:30 AM. If you are not present by 5:30 AM, the bus will leave at 6:00 AM. On Saturdays, the bus schedule is irregular so it is best to confirm in advance. Please arrive early to secure your seat. Yes, you may request a duplicate certificate subject to requirements and fees.

PDOS Certificates are still released as hard copy only and are not available in the NETIACCESS account. The certificate is usually forwarded to the Records Department of NYK-Fil Shipmanagement, Inc. for claiming. If it is not yet available there, you may coordinate with your Technical Officer for assistance.

The PDOS training is conducted ONSITE only — it is not available online. It is held at NYK-Fil Ship Management, Inc., Casa Marinero, General Luna Street, Intramuros, Manila (EL TEATRO, 2nd Floor), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please refer to your Admission Slip for additional instructions.

Certificates for trainings completed in 2024 and earlier are no longer displayed in your NetiAccess profile. Only certificates for trainings completed from 2025 onwards appear in your account.
